Supplier Code of Conduct

The parties acknowledge that the Supplier Code of Conduct, as amended from time to time, is binding with respect to all aspects of the business relationship. They undertake to comply with the standards and principles set forth in the Code and to strive to implement standards that are at least as stringent among their subcontractors and partners.
