For us, sustainability is more than just a value. It means actively contributing today to a better future—one in which future generations can continue to benefit from our natural resources. As a regionally rooted company, we take responsibility for the community.

Environment

= Environment & Climate

Sustainable environmental protection is part of our daily operations—with a clear focus on energy efficiency, emission reduction, and responsible use of resources.

Our measures

  • We are steadily increasing our level of energy self-sufficiency: already today, around 60% of our electricity demand is covered by our own photovoltaic system, supplemented exclusively by certified green electricity.

  • A modern building concept with heat pumps, concrete core activation, and intelligent building automation enables sustainable heating, cooling, and resource-efficient operation.

  • We are consistently advancing the electrification of our vehicle fleet, aiming for around 25% by 2025.

  • Waste reduction and professional recycling with a recycling rate of 70% (as of 2024).

  • Reinvestment of our greenhouse gas (GHG) quotas into selected local environmental projects.

  • Use of honeybees at our headquarters to promote local biodiversity.

Goal: We continuously improve our carbon footprint, strive for climate neutrality, and systematically strengthen circular economy principles.

Social

= People & Society

Our employees are at the center of our success. We promote fair working conditions, safety, diversity, and individual development—and consistently uphold reliable social standards throughout our supply chain.

Our measures

  • A safe and healthy workplace through modern protective equipment, regular training, and attractive health and sports programs (e.g. JobRad, Wellpass, fruit deliveries, participation in sports events).

  • Flexible working conditions and selected benefits that support work-life balance (e.g. childcare subsidies, workplace glasses, company pension schemes, and more).

  • Diversity strengthens us: 24% female representation in a traditionally male-dominated electrical industry at our headquarters, and employees from 22 nations contributing their perspectives and expertise.

  • Actively shaping the future as a training company with 46 apprentices and our own academy with over 5,000 training hours delivered (2025).

  • Responsible supply chain management through clear social standards and an established supplier code of conduct.

  • An effective compliance and risk management system supports responsible risk handling.

  • Binding policies, particularly our Code of Conduct, ensure integrity and compliance.

  • Targeted preventive measures minimize corruption and comparable compliance risks.

  • Confidential reporting channels enable the reporting of violations and strengthen trust and transparency.
